The Letter Review Prize for Short Stories

1. Entries close 31st October 11:59 pm (ET)
2. First place: $600 USD and publication. Second place: $250 USD and publication. Third place: $150 and publication. 20 stories longlisted. 10 shortlisted. All entries are considered for publication.
3. For tales between 400 – 3000 words.
4. Open to writers from anywhere in the world over 12 years of age.
5. No theme or genre restrictions: all stories welcome.
6. $20 USD to enter one story, $35 to enter two and $45 to enter three.

The Letter Review Prize for Poetry

1. Entries close 31st October 11:59 pm (ET)
2. First place: $1000 USD and publication. Second and third place: $50 USD and publication. 20 poems longlisted. 10 shortlisted. All entries considered for publication.
3. Each individual poem should not exceed 70 lines.
4. Open to writers from anywhere in the world. 
5. Poems may be written on any subject and in any style.
6. $20 USD to enter up to 6 poems, $35 to enter up to 12 and $45 to enter up to 18.

Letter Review General Submissions

1. Letter Review believes in the importance of supporting writers and is currently open to unsolicited submissions of fiction (up to 3000 words per service charge), poetry (up to 5 poems not exceeding 15 pages per service charge) and nonfiction (up to 5000 words per service charge and a detailed abstract summarising the piece and your conclusions).
2. We pay $50 USD upon publication.
3. There are no theme or genre restrictions.
4. There is a service charge of $4 USD per submission.
