NZSA CEO Talks to RNZ about CLNZ / NZSA Research Grants

We want to invest in you, so you can invest yourself in your writing.

Listen to NZSA CEO, Jenny Nagle, talk about the CLNZ / NZSA Research Grants with Karyn Hay on RNZ show ‘Lately’.

The 2019 Research Grants are proudly bought to you by the New Zealand Society of Authors (NZSA) and Copyright Licensing New Zealand (CLNZ) to support New Zealand writers by providing assistance to writers who wish to undertake research for a fiction or non-fiction writing project. The Research Grants opened for applications on 21 June and close on 26 July. They include:

  • Four $5,000 Research Grants are available;
  • Plus one Research Grant recipient will be selected to also receive a six-week fellowship at the Stout Research Centre at Victoria University Wellington.

The CLNZ / NZSA Stout Centre Research Grant is based in Wellington; the other three grants are the CLNZ / NZSA Open Research Grants
